First time coming to Urban Wellness. I had an amazing experience! Sonya was the budtender who helped me. She was very nice and welcoming and had amazing customer service. Breezy was doing her thing but still made time for some joking and small talk. She was very welcoming and kind! Looking forward to visiting again!

I am a veteran and went to the Rio Rancho location last week because I was in the area and was double charged. I attempted to resolve it with the manager a couple times but ran into weird excuses from him. I went to the location on Paseo in Albuquerque and let Kassandra and Mariah know my concern. They immediately responded and resolved my situation without hesitation and were very sweet and knowledgeable. They honestly saved the day I will be returning to this location!

Adrian was very helpful he helped me SAVE so much from doing discounts and threw in a free pre roll for my first time awesome bud and awesome staff thank yall for everything

Five stars for Urban Wellness in Los Lunas! Destiny helped me out and she was absolutely amazing. She was super informative, hilarious, and so welcoming that she immediately made me want to come back. Plus, the wax I bought is fantastic quality. Highly recommend stopping in!
